I'm Dan Heibel, and I'm the owner of Alpine Maintenance Company. I've been a general contractor for over 20 years. I was never completely happy with the services local contractors made available, nor the friendly service I seek and try to give everyone. In 2021 I decided to go into business for myself, and am working on giving that level of service I always wanted.

I have experience working with a vast array of clientele, from commercial properties, student housing, to senior living and memory care units. I have 6 years of experience working directly with seniors, and understand the needs of living off of a monthly budget in retirement, and am comfortable helping with any of the small jobs you need without charging ridiculous prices. I offer a wide range of services, including plumbing, electrical, property upkeep, and more.
