SITE CLEANUP AND SAFETY
I am able to do general site cleanup at various stages of construction including: Laying floor covering, protection of appliances, countertops, and appliances. taping off areas, and general cleanup of jobsite.
MATERIAL HANDLING
Picking up and dropping off materials for trades. Organization of materials on the jobsite.
AFTER TRADE WORK
I can do nearly any job needed after the primary trades have left. Add blocking, move a wall, build steps, reroute plumbing, hand some brackets an engineer has required, almost any project you can think of, I can handle. There are always last minute things that need to be taken care of.
PRE TURNOVER
Before you turn the project over to the owners, I can help with all aspects of touchup around the jobsite. Paint touchup, patching damage, touching up woodworking, power washing, and any other punch list items you may have.
WARRANTY WORK
Most projects need some touchup right after turnover. I am able to knock out that warranty list without having to call on 6 different trades to come back and fix small things.
ODD JOBS
If you need a hole drilled in a concrete wall for a drain, random requests from the owners, installing a mailbox, or any other type of project you can think of, I have likely done something like it before. I can handle almost anything you throw at me.
